Today, I planned my vision board for 2026. Check out the final result at the end of this post.
My vision board will help me build my yearly goals — obviously my goals will develop monthly, but having a starting point is helpful.
My visions are broken into several sections. These should be unique to you and your lifestyle.
- Health: This section includes food choices, fitness plans, posture goals, and routine-based quotes. My vision for my health is to get 1% better everyday. I have always been active and working out is a part of my weekly routine, however, I want to create a more consistent and habitual routine.
- Time: I have added images that depict how I want to spend more of my time in 2026. I would like to be on my phone less, I want to craft more, go fishing, enjoy nature, and RELAX. I will always have a plan for myself, but it’s important for me to find a balanced routine.
- People: How can I show up for the people in my life and create new friendships? I have some weddings planned for 2026, I will be attending more book club meetings, and I will plan more coffee friend dates. I’d like to be fully present in my activities.
- Non-Negotiable: Traveling, puppy love, journaling/reflecting, and taking time to myself are core elements of who I am. It’s important to acknowledge those items in the vision board and not lose sight of ME.
I will add a separate blog about goals, but the key to creating a successful vision board is to draft out your ideal year. At the end of the year, you should be able to look at each image and swap in an image of your own from 2026.
This is not a goal tracker. Remember, goals need to be measurable & attainable — they are not just photos on a poster board. Cheers to 2026!
